dont use that bleach stuff cuz itz supposed 2 be bad 4 ur teeth
i mix baking soda and salt and just use it, like, once a week, and then my teeth stay white and healthy
just put it on ur toothbrush with ur toothpaste
it may not taste 2 good at first but it works GREAT!
